Refunds/Cancellations

You can submit your return request within 3 days of your purchase date. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Writeway. Any product sold by us found to be damaged outside of manufacturing defects will be returned back to the customer. All postage and other incidental costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund (if any).

Any product with a manufacturing defect will be replaced.

By initiating the refund process the customer is supposed to have agreed to the Writeway refund policy in totality.
If you want to cancel a particular order, please send us an email at: orders@writeway.com along with the relevant order number. Orders cannot be cancelled if they are shipped out.
